I have a question, As of today DS-230 is getting expire. my ds 230 has not been generated. I am waiting to get IV fee bill in the mail. Do I use older form to download and send to my wife so she can fill it out and send it back to me or should I wait for mail from NVC to get new DS-230. Or u guys think by tomorrow we will have new version of DS-230 on the website.

Yeah, thats good approach but I am not sure how (sabir) I mean how much patience you have. by doing so it will take little bit more weeks. You can definatly email DS-3032 to NVC. That cut a huge time. Adv: if you do not know what you are doing with james shortcuts. Please follow the real NVC proccess another wise it will cause a huge delay. Hope that will help you.

I think your co-sponsor have to show employee letter because if you read i-1864 it ask for last 3 pay stubs and employment letter. or try to get some one else as a co-sponsor.

Your profile says you filed for a K-3 visa but your timeline says CR1/IR1...?

Anyway, if you are at the NVC for a CR1/IR1, you need to go to this link http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3176.html and see what documents you need to send in with the DS-230.

yes It was K3 my I-130 approved before i-129f USCIS told me that i-129f is discarded.( I make sured by call 3 & 4 times all rep told me same story) So, now I am trying to follow CR1/IR1.

Do I need to wait for papers get delivered to my wife, or she can just e-mail NVC? NVC sent it on July 16.

I had my wife sent a email to NVC this sunday I have not heard anything from the NVC yet but it works because other members for VJ's used with the same method. If you like you can have your wife email to NVC.

I am confuse little bit with next process. When I will receive DS-230 does it require medical exam and Police Certificate. because I checked in Time Saves in NVC forum. I looked at one of the scanned DS-230 package.

Then Also, if you look in Time line they talk about Packet 3 and Packet 4 which comes after when case leave from NVC.

Question is now, Medical exam need to be done When DS-230 package comes or will Consulate send us Packet 3 and 4. ?

I looked at many of the people timeline and signatures none of them have packet 3 and 4

I received AOS package fee but it also have DS-3032 which suppose to be go to my wife country in Pakistan.

As petitioner I should not getting DS-3032 with AOS fee package. I already have my wife sent an email to NVC for AS COA. So thats mean we get two copies one one petitioner and one on beneficiary's side from NVC.

HI ALL,

as we all wondering why our i-130 is got approved and i-129f pending. I called USCIS. they said that if your i-130 approve before i-129f then i-129f get abandon. I called 6 or 7 times to USCIS just to get the confirmation. All reps told me the same thing, that if you in k3 visa i-130 get approved before i-129f then i-129f is no longer valid.

Did anybody got approval for last month for both applications?

lets say I get payed 20 and hour;

20*40=800

800*4=3200

3200*12=38,400

This is Current income I get for this 2007; this is without the OT.

AS IF RIGHT NOW MY PAY STUB SHOWS ME 19,200

i BELIVE i NEED TO PUT 38,400 ON THE QUESTION 23.

I have another question, Once I will be getting all the mail. When I will get DS-230 and where it is says Applicant Signature. I belive it has to be signed by my wife (beneficiary). As she apointed me as Agent do I have to sign that page or my wife. or i can do file out DS-230 and send to my wife by the mail and get back through mail and when I DS-230 comes in the mail from NVC and send it them that filled out DS-230. I am sorry for such silly question because i never done any kind of immigration paper work.

so I need to put 2006 income tax return. I was thinking for current mean what ever i earned on my paystub because we also need to attach our 3 pay stubs. that what confused me .Thanks alot.

My wife sent an email to the NVC on the day the DS-3032 form had been mailed to her. She used the instructions at the State Department website about sending email inquiries and otherwise simply took over the words from the form. Below I reproduce FYI the template she used which worked fine. No need to write a lengthy explanation why one is sending the email. Don't forget to include the case number in the subject line. Do not send the actual form later on; this would only lead to confusion.

I have a question My i-130 is already approved but I am still waiting for i-129f to get approve. I called USCIS one rep said that once i-130 is approved they do not continue with i-129f. Hi all,

My I-129F transfered from CSC to VSC.

It has not been touched yet since March 17th. Should it says case received and pending. I called them couple of times. They said case is pending at VSC. I am not sure if they have received my case yet at VSC or everything is electronically transferred from one place to another.

Yes i got the same thing. Case has been transfered from VSC to CSC. I called them they told me, look at the date diff.

IN VSC -I130 is March 06 and CSC OCT 06. They told me not to worry.

K3 visa

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing.

I-129F has been sent VSC fron MSC on 03/17/2007.

Since then it did not updated.

Should it says recived and pending?

it is almost more than a month they have not updated and says recived and pending?

Should I need to worry about?
