  1. correction: January 3, 2008 was their interview date. hehe...

    Hi Begn and Carl,

Congratulations. Elisa also had her interview on Jan 3 and was approved. Now we're waiting for the embassy to print the visa.

Does anyone know how long we can expect to wait for the embassy to hand the visa off to Delbros?

I just got off the phone with Grace at the embassy a few minutes ago, but she just gave me the standard dogma about the process taking a week.

Congratulations!!! Now the journey towards lifetime commitment as husband and wife begins... God bless you!!!

  2. Hello Guys i just wanna ask if should i pay for another 650 for my daughter?K2 for her. I hope someone can give me info bout this. Thank you so much :help::help:

Yes, it's PHP650 for each beneficiary. Here's the page for instructions:

    http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfdelb.pdf

NO, you only have to pay PHP650 and that's it. Spoke with Grace from the USEM and she confirmed that it's only for the principal beneficiary which means not to include derivatives if any. Hope this clears things. God hears prayers. God bless us all!!!

  3. I got my tickets through Orbitz. I found that through kayak.com. I got hers through expedia. If The interview gets held up I can get a refund with a small panalty

Thanks for the reply Tim! So far, the cheapest we found is from PAL. It's kind of difficult for my fiance to get a roundtrip wherein the return should be the same as mine. Though I've seen that Stibnite has done it and a few others. BTW, just keep on praying coz God works miracles. God bless us all!!!

  4. She finally got packet 4 today.Doing early medical next week.

    hi captain jeff!

ur fiance and i have the same interview dates!

i hope i get to meet and see her at the embassy...

by the way i had my 1st day of early medical today..

it went fine and smooth sailing...

my advice, just go to SLEC really early to avoid the crowd...

    goodluck!!!!

Hi Honeybear,I will be there also.We hope to see you there. You know what we look like so if you see us please say hello.

wow, ur girlfriend's lucky she has you with her during her interview...

my fiance cant make it because of work, but i pray both me and your fiance get approvals that day....

    God bless!!!

Hi Honeybear,it will be nice to see you there. She is getting worried now because she is 3 months pregnant. Now i am worried about her medical i am praying that everything will go ok.She was going to do her medical next week but now she will go there on the 15.She is from Cebu and her sister will fly to manila with her so that she will not be alone there.I am taking the whole month of Feb. off to be with her.I will arrive in manila on the 3rd,if everything works out we with fly back to the U.S. on the 14TH.I hope we both get approved.

hi captainjeff228! I assume you already have your plane tickets to USA. Where did you purchased it? Don't worry with the interview, as long as she has all the documents and the fact that you are coming with her on the interview is a very good factor. God answers prayers! God bless us all!!!

  5. Hello! Has anyone tried staying in an apartment or house for the short stay during Medical and Interview schedule? I know there are a lot of these all over the area but a recommendation is highly appreciated. We're kind of tight in the budget with all the travel expenses and soon plane ticket fare. It's not just me by the way, I have three companions too. Please give me the contact # so I can get in touch with them. Thanks!!!
  6. coz there's an added procedure which is the NSO verification process. For those who have been advised or called the USEM, we have to pay P650 thru MBTC and takes two weeks to complete. That's why she has to wait for that before her VISA is issued. Not too sure if it was Tanjay or Tim Y who posted it but you can try to look at previous thread. Ok found the thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=99501

God bless us all!!! Keep on praying...

  7. WOW!!!!!

What a nice treat. I logged in thismorning to see all of the new schedules posted.

I am very EXCITED for everybody.

    :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

We really should do a get together. There is a really nice buffet at the Shangri la Hotel in Makati

that would really be nice Tim... keep us posted if you are going to have a get together by February so we can arrange a schedule that most of the Feb interviewees can come... yehey...

  8. hello mga kabatch. ako din may case no n MNL2007844XXX. cguro end of feb tayo o kaya early march ma interview. let us just hope and pray. kitakits!

Sorry to post this but there are no end of Feb interviews.. unless its for CR1/IR1 visas.. or of that nature.. there weren't any late Dec or late Jan interviews as well for K1/K3 visas.

Yes, you are right... I've seen the trending of interview schedules since December... seems like K1/K3 are slotted usually until the tenth of the month... But who knows... still HOPEFUL... (we're already outside the supposedly 6-7 months K1 completion timeline) LET'S KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED AND KEEP ON PRAYING... :innocent:

  9. My bad, I posted my reply on the original thread...

Steve_Donna thanks so much for the reply! I've read this one too but I was hoping that since the five months, as the first paragraph mentioned, is almost over that they have come up with another office or or have relocated within Cebu City. Well, in that case I need to wake up kinda early on the day when I come there coz surely it will be a long line. rolleyes.gif
