Hello, Thank you for your many updates, they have been really encouraging in this process that feels never ending. I wanted to ask, if you don't mind sharing, how long after it switched to nonimmigrant visa did it take for the visa to be issued?

hey Sahlan ,

my other question for you is do i have to do the ds-160 right away , in order for them to assign me an interview date? or can i just wait till they send me the interview date and then submit it,?

  U can just wait until they send you the interview date and letter then fill out the ds-160.
  
  But you can fill it out early if u want. I waited until I got my interview date. U know just to be sure.
