Your right. I went to the old case status ( The one you linked above), and it shows updates for everything, guess the new website is a waste of time, I am updating my bookmarks now...
On August 26, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1990xxxxxx. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Yay! I would say just rely on that, because they don't really update everything else like they say..

Okay it is what I thought 😊 so, if I can reccomend, you go to USCIS webpage and click on case status, scroll down a little bit (if you're using your phone) and it says log in or make an account, make an account and you will have all the details and also the cases history... If you need help I can give you my email and explain it better!!

yes, this is true, luckily my wife had school to finish up for the first 5 months she was here, so that Monday thru Friday schedule, plus some weekends kept her busy, but it was nice when she got her EAD and could work the weekends. Her finial exam is in a few days now, so she is studying like mad for it, and hopefully she passes and gets licensed, then she can really start working.
She got this!! Good luck with that!!!

Yep, still says the same thing for all my cases, and we already have the EAD/AP, and the interview scheduled for AOS. I guess I really don't care, as long as everything keeps moving along like it should. See below...
We received your case
You do not need to do anything at this time
We will let you know if we need anything else from you as we continue to review your case.Current as of today at 7:17 pmWait are you using MyUscis? Because that does the same exact thing to me!! So I use the app and the Uscis Case Status account (that is different than MyUscis)

Yes, my wife got her EAD/AP card back in April, like the 28th I think, it's in my timeline, with no notifications online, it still says we have received your application blah blah blah there is nothing else for you to do, please wait to hear from us. since you brought it up, I'm going to log in now and see if anything updated.
Yeah my EAD and AP are definitely outside normal processing times, I raised few SR, contacted the Senator and the Ombudsman but nothing at all...that's why I'm hoping for the green card at this point or I'll go crazy for not being able to do anything lol

My notice date was February 08 2019, and I just received notice of interview in the mail 8/31/19. our interview is scheduled for October 3rd,2019, so about a month away. My online account has never updated since Feb 8 when they received my Packet. But it looks like you should have the notice in the mail in a few days, then expect about a month from notice to have interview.
Thank you so much for your reply and sharing your experience with me! I really hope I'll get it soon, I did hear anything about my EAD and AP so I hope I'll just get the Green Card at this point so I can start doing something with my life!!!

Hello!! My case is ready to be scheduled for an interview! (My notice date is February 05 2019)
How long does usually takes to actually schedule an interview? I talked to few people and some of them got the "interview scheduled" after 2 days, some of them after just couple weeks!!
Any experiences? Just curious 😊
Ps. I already checked processing times, etc. 😊

Look up who your congressman is, they usually have a form you print, fill out and mail it to them as to give them permission to make inquiries on your behalf. If you can not print it they can mail it to you and then you just mail it back. All you need to know to find out who your congressman is is your zip code
Thank you!! I sent an email to the congresswoman last night and next week I'll get in touch with the Senator via mail

It justs asks you for receipt number, receipt date, form filed, beneficiaries name and birthday petitioners name and birthday, reason for inquiry which is guessing would be case out of normal processing time and then it asks you what the last decision or act that was made with your case and why you think it is out of normal processing time I think and then you send the enquiry and get an email, it usually tells you they have about a month to reply but when I did it it never took more than a week or two to get an email reply
Oh yeah thank you I did that the other day 😁 I meant about emailing the Senators

Okay yes sorry that's what I actually meant. If the RFE is not satisfying they usually don't schedule an interview or anything. they just send another RFE. That's what USCIS told me lol
What I meant, and I'm sorry I wasn't able to explain that better, was if anybody got a change of status before the 60 days 😅 actually now I'll edit my question as well..thanks!!
Nvm...it doesn't make me edit the post anymore

You wont get an "answer" for an I485 RFE as this is just the stage where your documenta are reviewed for completeness. Nothing is approved until after the interview.
So likely you will not know you have satisfied the RFE unless you call them (and they actually are able to tell you which is doubtful) or until/ if you receive either the "Ready to Schedule" status or the "Interview has been scheduled" status.

Hello everyone!
Wondering who had an experience with National Benefit Center and got a RFE for a birth certificate? I'm doing an AOS from K1.
We sent them the birth certificate couple days after we got their mail and on June 3rd the status changed to RESPONSE FOR RFE RECIEVED.
It says that NBC will start working on my case again.
I called USCIS to have some infos and they told me I'll know something in probably 60 days (so September 3rd).
Anyone had the same situation? Did you get an answer before the 60 days?
Thanks in advance for any answer/tip 😊
EXPEDITED REQUEST FOR I-751
in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Posted
Hi everyone!
I recently submitted a request for expediting my ROC, because I am moving overseas with my husband, which is a US military member.
Well, the request was received; I never received the email asking for proof so I called USCIS and they informed me of it, saying that it is been happening a lot lately so to not worry and go ahead and send the proof anyways.
I did it, I received an email right away from the TSC saying that my email has been forwarded to the officer that will follow my case. Now, it is been 2 days and I have no updates at all, I called USCIS and they couldn't tell me anything.
So, in your experience, how long did it take to get an answer via email from an officer after submitting proof?
TIA!
