    Would it be possible for my i134 application to get approved if my taxes shows I don’t make enough but I qualify based on how much I’m currently making ? I would send paystubs , employment verification letter , bank statements. I didn’t start working last year until October of 2022 , so once I file my taxes this year I make under 10k . But with the employment verification letter , it’ll show I’m projected to make 80k a year with my new job . What do I do ?

    the person doesn’t want to give a physical copy , they only agree to upload it to Ceac . Could the beneficiary get denied for that ?

    Right , they’re really trying to get rid of the backlog so the new workers were needed .

    I believe they’re nearing the end of July . They added more workers so they’re moving fast . It was only last month that my husband received his interview letter and he was DQ may 30th 2020 .

    I guess it depends on where you’re flying from because my friend never needed permission . But then again the mom never refused . But at the airport , they just let him through . Did not ask question about permission from mother.

    I believe they’re still in June because no one in my group who got DQ in July has received anything yet .

    My husband has his interview coming up next month . After receiving the interview letter I logged to the ustravel website and did the visa delivery registration . Here’s where the problem kicks in , I used his passport number on the registration but tomorrow he will go to renew his passport which he will get a new passport number . Should he bring both passports to the interview because we used the first one to complete the registration. Will we face any delays ?

    Do embassies care if you were living illegally in another country ? Because you can’t get a police certificate from said country since you were there illegally .
