  1. Ah sorry, I had a 12 months, 24 months and a 12 months again. This is getting ridiculous of how long it takes.
  2. Would this be your second 48 months extension letter? Because I had a 12 months, 48 months and now again 12 months extension. my info pass appointment was December 28th.
  3. KrispyKringle, I did and after submitting it they told me I am not outside of the processing time?! It will be 3 years in June! i did call USCIS and asked for an info pass appointment in July (my 2 year extension letter was expiring in September 2022) and I got an appointment in December 2022. I received a stamp in my passport for another extension of 1 year. Is this why they say I am not outside of the processing time?
  4. This is ridiculous!!!!! Paying an extra fee just because they are too slow to process the removal. It should take 3 years for them to do this. Ridiculous. Wish you all the best. My status is “waiting to be scheduled for interview” since September of last year.
  5. So, as some here suggested I called USCIS to schedule an info pass appointment. They told me I am on a waiting list and they can’t guarantee that I get an appointment before my status expires… since then I received 2 emails that “thank me for my patience” and that there are no appointments available as they go in order as you have been put on the list. my status expires September 23rd. Can I just show up at the USCIS service center and get the stamp in my passport?
  6. Hello, I came across this thread when I was looking for answers.. I applied for ROC on June 20th 2020 had my biometrics in July 2021. My status changed "as for September 2021 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview). Since then I only received an extension letter in December 2020 for 2 years - but it will expire in September of this year. I was hopeful that my case would have been through by then, but September is around the corner and I am about to start a new job and buy a house, so I do not want any issues because of the expiration date. How do I extend my status? Thank you
