Yes. Everything was approved and she came to the USA. We never married. The split was as amicable as one can expect. Emotional but not angry. I do not know where she is now. I just wanted to make sure that I am not on the hook if she adjusts in some other way. Thank you for your reply! It does put me at ease a bit.
