      Yes absolutely,

      I was supposed to get a response from USCIS in 8,5 to 10 months from February and I got a response in 7 months.

      All you have to do is after sending your CR1 package wait a month and sent the i129f to USCIS.

      I sent my i129f July 6th and 8 got my NOA2 a month late August 19th

      good luck for you.

      did you try the K3 visa (you just have to send the i129f form to USCIS)  at the time as the CR1?

      Hi, we sent out package directly at the USCIS lockbox in Chicago. Our case was not eligible for direct consular filling.
