  1. UPDATE USCIS Los Angeles Field Office Interview N400 3/16/26 Check in: They took my fingerprints and photo Then waited for my name to be called for the interview When I got called, the officer said my wife don't have to be with me during my interview so she just waited for me in the waiting area where I took my photo and fingerprints The officer asked for my interview notice, green card, driver license and passport and started the Civics test Civic questions: What is an amendment What is one right from the First Amendment Who is the President of the US now Before Eisenhower was president, what war was he in Name one right only for US Citizens When is the last day of filing taxes Reading: What month do we vote for President Writing: November is the month we vote for President and for Congress Questions asked: What is your current address When did you get married When was the first time you visited the States Were you married before What is your social security number When was the last time you travelled outside the US Most of the questions are just confirmation on the information you wrote in your application I also mentioned to the officer that I have a pending joint ROC application with my daughter, the officer asked for her green card and scanned it and informed me to wait in the mail or an update on my USCIS Oath Taking schedule. They will process my daughter's pending ROC first and then I will receive the Oath Taking schedule Then she had me sign on the tablet, she said its for the Oath Taking Certificate. After that, the officer handed me 2 documents, First one is the Naturalization Interview results (Passed Civics Test) and the other was for taking another photo for the Oath Taking Certificate The officer never called my wife during the interview The interview process took about 30 minutes *My USCIS account has no update since my interview. It still says "interview scheduled". Hoping for an update soon.
  2. UPDATE: Just got an update on my USCIS account: Interview scheduled on March 16. Los Angeles Service Center
  3. Same here. Filed N400 3 weeks ago. No update on I-751 application.
  4. Yes I did. Together with my expired GC.
  5. I have a pending ROC application too but I only got 1 IOE number for my N400 biometric reuse notice.
  6. 3 year rule married to USC (Los Angeles County) September 10, 2025 - Filed n-400 Online September 10, 2025 - Biometrics file reused September 13, 2025 - Received Notice in the mail Currently waiting for interview schedule.
  7. Finally got to open a new account for my ROC. I called USCIS and they gave me the access code for the case receipt number. I checked the online documents and it has the Receipt Notice with 48 months extension and the Biometrics Reuse notice. Service Center is TSC. What's your service center?
  8. Yeah I did. Its weird because my daughter had her USCIS Account automatically updated on her case number. But for mine it did not show up. and every time I try to add my case number on my USCIS account the system would not let me. I am just waiting for the hard copy of my Notice of Receipt so I can manually add my case in a different USCIS account.
  9. Thanks. I can't add my case on my USCIS account cos it says: You cannot add this case to your account because it has already been linked to a USCIS account. But on my daughter's account (K2) all the updates are showing (Biometric Reuse notice) I'm waiting for the hardcopy Notice of Receipt (Access Code) so I can make a new USCIS account with the new case number.
  10. Update: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS - September 17 Question: How long did it take for you guys to get the Notice of Receipt in the mail?
  11. We just filed our ROC application last week. I have a K2 who also arrived here with me. I included her in my application and only paid $750. Received Receipt Notice last week and USCIS cashed my check today. Hope this helps
  12. Update: Check cashed - September 16
  13. September 9 - Sent Application September 10 - USPS update (Delivered to PO BOX AZ) September 13 - Received a text from USCIS (Notice of Receipt) CA filer Cheers
  14. How long did it take for you to get approve for ROC?
  15. This still applies to adult children right? As long as they were included in the AOS petition?
  16. ROC with adult child question. I am applying for an ROC this September. I am confuse cause someone on VJ said that the adult child should apply for a separate ROC. My child came here with me when she was 19 years old on a K1 and K2 visa. I applied for AOS and I included her in my petition. Our GC got approved and we have the same 2 year GC expiration. From what I understand is even if the child is not a minor anymore, as long as the child arrived with the parent and the parent included the child on the AOS petition, got the GC at the same time, the parent can include the adult child in the ROC petition. Is there someone with the same situation here who recently filed for an ROC? Thanks.
  17. My child was a minor when I filed for AOS but she's an adult now (21 y/o). Filing my ROC this September and I am including her in my application since she came with me here in the US. I still pay $750 for both of us right?
  18. Good day VJ Was there an update for the filing fee for ROC? I was trying the USCIS fee calculator but I dont know where to put my child dependent (I remember there was an option to put how many are your dependents on the calculator) It only shows $750 for the I-751 fee How about when I am filing ROC with child dependent, how much would I pay for both our biometrics fee? Thanks
  19. For the I-751 form (Part 5: Information about your children) do I have to include our child who is born here in the US? I also have a child from previous marriage that immigrated here with me. I am not sure if I need to include my child who is a US Citizen on the ROC form. Thanks
  20. Yes, I am including my child in the ROC petition.
  21. We came to the US at the same time on a K1 and K2 visa. Got 2 years conditional residency and we are in the process of filing an ROC for me and my child. Do we have to fill up two (2) G-1145 form for me and my child? So we can get notified at the same time? Or we only do 1 I-751 and G-1145 form? Thanks VJ
