  1. Beloved_dingo, that flow chart was exactly what I needed! I can't believe I've never found it on here... But thanks so much!
  2. Guys, I've tried and tried to gather all this info on my own, but the answers are so spotty that I'm losing my mind so I'm just going to ask everything on this thread. I just want to know every step and every form that I have to fill out (and when) during the process to K-1 approval. Example, I know that my K-1 package is in California now, I recieved my NOA1. Cali sends it to the NVC, to the embassy etc. But I also have to do the "affidavit of support" package. So at what point in the process do I fill out the affidavit of support, what does the NOA2 signify? I hope all this is making some sense, I just want to have every step and every form and all the different times in which they occur. Thanks so much for your help! Kyle
  3. The letter of intent that I'm using is the one from the VJ example. I'm a U.S. citizen and I'm filling it out for my fiance who's in Brazil. So on her letter of intent I only need to put the address of the consulate that she will visit? Or do I need to enter the address of both the USCIS and the U.S. consulate in Brazil?
  4. In the letter of intent, is this section ("United States Department of State United States Consulate") asking for the address of the consulate in that country that processes K1 visas?
  5. My fiance doesn't have a legal father, she never met him. Her birth certificate doesn't even have him on it. It's just blank, it says something like "N/A" basically. How do I fill out her parental information accordingly? I129F
  6. Awesome! That's what I was hoping for, but I just wanted to be sure that I didn't have to have the "original copy". Thank you so much!
  7. Is it required that my fiance mail her letter of intent with her signature, or is there a way for me to do it instantly here in the U.S. so I don't have to wait for the mailing time?
