Sure, its called "CaseTracker." It has a picture of the American eagle coat of arms in a circle with the American flag behind it. All you need is your NOA1 recepient number and it'll show you the status. You can search too and show the next x number of cases before your number. Or you can put in an earlier number to see how other cases are doing.

Thanks.. I was able to get the case tracker😊 but I could not succeed in searching for the case before mine.. they keep telling me to enter the start receipt number and search count (up to 500) maybe I am not doing something right that is why that message keep coming when I enter it.. can you screenshot and show me how to do it please? Thank you and I will be expecting reply

You will be fine, don’t worry.

    you will be approved soon.

our case is worse, we did not mention ALL the children of beneficiary. We thought only minors (less that 18y.o) should be included. Now someone on VJ said it is not so😔

now I am sure it is the reason why we are stuck, while more and more petitions with a later PD are getting approved 😪

Thank you for your respond. You case will be approve soon and you will be fine also.

Your processing center is Nebraska. They are VERY slow. The USCIS website shows that there is a 10-13 month wait. Most of the people I have seen, who have Nebraska, usually have been over 11 months of waiting before approval. You have nothing to worry about, just try and be patient and wait for your NOA2. I know its much easier said than done. :( Good luck.

Thank you very much for your reply😊 I am grateful

  5. Pls I need to clear this from my mind. Please I need advise and I don’t know if that is why USCIS has not approve me.. So I got my Divorce Decree on the 26 of sept and got marry on the 27 of same month of September( a day after my divorce came through I marry my present husband) my fear is this, will the USCIS feel is too close and denial me or it does not matter as long as I already have my divorce? Pls any respond we be very appreciate. Thank you

I contacted USCIS about my case yesterday to no avail.

It is still considered within the "normal" processing time, which I already knew.

I just don't understand why my case is still pending and many others who have a PD after mine have already been approved.

I feel like I am going out of my mind with this process.

I have another two months to wait before I can contact USCIS again. 😓

    PD: NOV 16, 2018

    POTOMAC

What did you file for? But the truth still remain that the wait is too much and am not sure they still operate on the normal processing time.
