there should be list of doctors u can go , you just can't go to any doctor , email embassy they can help you out , or it might be on your interview letter

if you are under marriage petetion , make sure you have all evidence with you , that includes all communication proof e.g phone record ,chat , pictures etc

You dont need to NVC and uscis any more everything is with embassy now

i have asked NVC about LPR AND citizen they said it doesnt matter , if visa is available both are treated in a same manner , now how much true it is no body knows but we are stuck in the middle of no where , even though if u do get your interview be ready for long a*S APS

mine was completed on 11th july , and i am still waiting on my interview date

FYI to everyone, while interviews are often scheduled on CASE COMPLETE date, they are also scheduled via PRIORITY DATE. So if someone filed Nov 2012 and you filed Jan 2013 but you have your case complete before they do, it's likely they will have an interview before you. They've been separated longer and in the process longer than you. Maybe it's best to wish them joy vs being angry? Just a thought. Karma and all that ya know

well if you are talking about checklist , i have already completed that checklist , that includes police cert , ds230 forum job , letter I-864 wt2s and other stuff like that ,

I think you need to verify u have case complete and the date. some here have had their dates changed and such.

i did call them and they told me same story , your case and visa is available we are waiting for embassy to schedule you for interview , i told them same story about some people have case completed after me and they have their interview letters , she said , this is something i can't tell you its up to the embassy.

i have asked them they said its 11th july it was completed and i got my email on 18th july 2013 , so one confusion i have they will count from 18 july or 11th july , i think 11th july

i dont understand onething , my case was completed on 11th july and i didnt receive date yet and some of guys from Pakistan their case is completed after me , there is 2 to 3 weeks gap and they got their interview dates , Da P***H, i am happy from them but why they are not sending me

i pretty sure they will approve it , if visa officer wanted to deny you he could deny you at that time but he didn't that's a good sign ,

sorry to hear about it . i know ap does create alot of problems , they purposely put applicants in aps to screw up relations , its a tactics to mess up any one relation .

selective services depends on age , if you are in age of 18 to 26 than your eligible else not

base on marriage , you need to prove that you guys are living together ,

proof you should take

1 joint tax papers filed for the past 3 years

2 ) joint bank accounts

3) bills , include rents and other stuff like that

dude are u applying for citizenship after 5 years or through marriage , requirements are different

any body knows it takes how much time in total to a mom , in order to get a visa ( Green card petition)
