Guys mine are like this , i sent my doc on jan 13 , so its almost 60 days now , i never got any email , any idea from the above is it completed or still in pending state

I paid only one fee that is 125 $ (AOS) for choice of agent , this is what i am seeing now in the online forum

WHEN I click on PAY NOW button , it goes out from the website and telling me to login in and i am stuck in a loop i dont see where exactly do i need to pay nor it says how much do i need to pay ,

i have only one invoice number , and i used it for choice of agent fee ,

you are saying i need to pay together , since i paid only one fee , how can i do it now since i paid only one fee that is 125 $ .

Can you please guide ?

i have paid for choice of agent , the money has been deducted from my account and it says completed online , when i click on pay now for IV fee it goes out and try to log in , one question i have , do i need to have different invoice for IV fee ? if yes , it takes how much time to get that from NVC , its more than 3 weeks now and i didnt hear anything from NVC about IV invoice

one last question , Do i need to send IV package now or do i need to pay IV fee and then send it , sorry guys its kinda confusing for me ?

sorry to hear it , my case was rejected too at interview but i was able to stop my case at embassy level , what you need to do now , get a good lawyer so he/she can guide you , u must be doing some mistake , you need to work on same case , filing new petition wont help they will reject it again , they have doubts on your marriage so you need to convince them, that you have bonafied marriage , get all documents that can prove your marriage is real.

you don't need cover letter , i got my passport with out cover letter , they are not stupid , they know are u eligible for citizenship or not , if you fulfill the requirements u will get it , its that simple

I feel your frustration and empathize with you...many on this forum are in the same situation. My petition started in 2011 and after everything my husband and I have been through I have seriously lost faith in the US governement. I am a USC and they are treating me worse than they would a criminal...its disgusting.

janet , sorry to hear about you , but Mix couple is serious Red Flag , i don't blame embassy there is alot of scams going on and they deal with them on daily basis , alot of cases i know personally .

if you are able to prove your self then for sure they will issue you visa but it will take how much time no one can predict , if your husband was British or Canadian citizen things would be different . the problem is not your marriage , problem is "Pakistan"

mine was updated 5 times than it changed to issued , even the visa officer stated it will take 6 months first he said i dont know than he said it might take up to 6 months but he issued with in 21 days ............

i think reaffirmed cases are on least priority, they will check when they have time and i don't think so they are going to take out time that easily unless they are hammered some how , but again its embassy no body can ask them ?

i know three cases personally that happened but only happened with Mix couple

last year i paid 10 k to the IRS , 2 jobs are good but u pay more taxes which is not good

I agree what Carolyn stated , Again every case is different it also depends on the CO he wants to believe you or doesn't want to believe you , every CO has different thinking some people get their visa with in 2 weeks and other don't get it even in 2 years , even though if both are straight forward marriages . Why ? No body knows .

We can only assume things here , your case might be straight "According to you " but According to them you never know ..

so its all waiting and patience game .
