Hello!
I have not yet received my case number from the NVC to continue with the process. I did call the NVC and was able to confirm they received my packet on June 19, 2019. Hopefully we will both get our case numbers soon!
Sometimes if you use your USCIS tracking number on the USCIS case status website it will tell you when the packet left their facility to go to the NVC (sometimes ~2 weeks after I-130 approval).
