Hi no news yet 😔 but 🙏🏾 That we get something soon 🙏🏾 .... however someone from October 2018 just got approved on July so we you have to stay positive 🙏🏾

601 waiver approved on July 1st. Was told Montreal consulate sends letter of instructions by email but we've received nothing yet. First interview was over a year so I know we will need another interview but not sure what we can do right now. Tried to contact the consulate by email and phone with no response. When I checked the process time on the site its in July 02 218 so its about 8 more month's wait into March but I have seen and heard 601 an 212 been approved in shorter times . let's keep faith soon we will  hear great news .

I file  November 2018  hopefully we hear something really soon

Hi it taking about 10 to 13 months to get a answer I’m going through this with my husband since Nov 2018 is the worse nightmare but I know 🙏🏾 Everything is going to be over one day just stay positive...best of luck 🙏🏾

We are 15.5 months in and have not heard a single thing. We are 2.5 months outside the normal processing times on the USCIS website and the case inquiry showed it had still not been processed.

Processing time on line says 14 months max they are up to april 2018 so .... and you know they can take longer.  did you do a K visa or I130 cor another?

yes USCIS  receive it at the beginning of November 2018  but I have not receive any approval yet or anything ?
