Thank you. So if the wait in London was shorter there is a mechanism to say "actually I'd prefer this to route to London"?

If the beneficially is from the UK but is currently resident in Canada, which embassy would deal with the interview? I presume it would automatically go to the embassy that corresponds with the current residential address on the application rather than the petitioners original home country, is that correct?
