Hello, We are in the process of applying for permanent residency in the Philippines under the 13(a) visa category, and we plan to submit our application through the Philippine Consulate. I am a bit confused about the police clearance certificate required as part of the application. We are currently residing in New York, and I would like to ask whether we need to obtain the clearance from our local police department or from the FBI. Thank you.

yes I did file together with AOS and Employment Authorization. so yeah ill just wait for my I-485 Reciept before sending it. Thank you, Appreciate you

Hello, last month we filled my AOS, Advance Parole and Employment Authorization with a fee of 1225 dollars, but they rejected the Advance Parole(form I-131) for this 2 reasons 1.The payment is incorrect or has not been provided 2.signature (I forgot to sign) I am going to re-apply again , My question is do I need to pay another fee for form I-131?and do I need to pay for biometric?(USCIS website its says 575 dollars for form I-131 and biometric is 85 dollars in total of 660 dollars) thank you, hope someone will answer my concern:)
