      The address is : NVCExpedite@state.gov

      but if you can, double it to your Embassy's email.

      Hey Jackryane,

      Honestly it is like a lottery so I would say YES try it.

      I tried, was denyed, but some others tried and it worked.

      We wrote about being appart for so long.

      Maybe we should have add about financial difficulties.

      So yes, definitely, try. It won't cost anything + you have been DQed a long time ago, so it's legitimate.

      :) it's only my impression.
