You would use the employer's address, wherever that is.

Hopefully you are aware that you cannot work in the US remotely on the K-1 without work authorization, which is currently taking around 8 months to receive.

I am aware that I cannot work remotely in the US until I have an employment authorization and I wouldn't risk it.Isn't it a conflict though that I am doing homebased job?will they think that i'll be doing that in the US?

  2. Hello, I am the K-1 visa beneficiary and currently doing a homebased job, and employer is based in Australia, but I am doing the work here in the Philippines, on my laptop. I am currently filling up my DS-160, but I am curious on what will I put under employment?and what will I put under employer's address?

Does the email include your MNL#  and the beneficiary name?   Then all you need to do is forward that email to your fiancee so she can print out two copies for the medical at SLEC.   No DO NOT need the attachment.

Here is a link to the guide for the visa process in the Philippines ... Once  your CEAC status shows READY it is then ROCK n ROLL time!!!

No the email doesn't show our name and case number,it just say this "The correspondence attached to this email relates to the I-129F visa petition listed in the subject line.  Please read the information in the attachment carefully and follow the instructions" ,it is supposed to be in the attachment

  4. We receive an email from NVC 2 weeks ago saying that our case is sent to US embassy Manila already, but the attachment seems encrypted and I heard I needed it for my medical.I called the NVC right after we receive the email, and I was told that it takes up to 2 weeks for that email to be resend to us,but until now we don't receive that email, anyone who experience the same thing, and how long do they resend it to you?

He should have a copy from when he filed, that is all that is needed.   I hope he kept a copy.

If he didn't keep a copy y'all will have to wait for the transcripts to become available.   It can be a few weeks to a month once the IRS has the file in hand before the transcript is ready.

You have time as NVC may not have your file from USCIS yet, even then it can be another 3-4 weeks.    Relax ... be patient.

1040 is different with tax return right?because that's what he sent me when he filed

Embassy in the Philippines does not require transcripts with the K-1 visa.   And with that said they only request your MOST RECENT tax return, which if he just filed could be 2019.  Have him scan and email a copy of his tax return to you, along with the W-2 and the I-134.

It is a little early to have your MNL# from NVC, I will give you a link to email NVC to request your case file # ... you will need this for the medical at St. Luke's

I will also include a link to a guide for the visa process for the Philippines.   Within the guide are links to the embassy checklist, St. Luke's for the medical, CFO

No.  In fact he doesn't need to submit his BC at,all as a copy if the ID page of his passport is proof of his us citizenship

I understand that, but just wandering also if it will be a trouble later on,coz as i understand i also have to show his W2 form later on the interview, his name there is Paulino, and which name should we put on filling up the form,is it the one written on his Passport?
