      Exactly, each person should read about it.  I have lived here in DR for more than 3 years so I was able to file with the embassy. I hope your experience with online filing works smoothly!

      Ok, thanks for the reply. Its significantly faster if you do it directly with the Embassy. A recent forum post shows someone did it all in less than 4 months. (From the Petition to Final Interview) but I guess not everyones circumstances are the same.

      It looks like you and I are in the same position . The guy told us the same thing 90-120 days and if we hear nothing to come back with our recibo de pago.

       

      hey let me ask you something, did the guy at door 14 take your original documents and photocopies?

      Hello, sorry for the late reply. Yes I finally deposited the i130 on November 18. I have no idea what happens next, or how much time everything should take. What do you know?
