  1. Applied for job on indeed and my expedition was based on the urgent medical condition of my wife. Didn’t submit job offer letter but I included the company name that offered me a job in my detailed cover letter.
  2. Priority date: June 10 Expedited EAD on 24th of Sept initially faxed evidence on 30th of Sept( But it wasn’t confirmed after calling call center several times) faxed evidence again on October 4 and it was received and also assigned to Officer on October 7. Then status changed to Card Being Produced on October 11. I-485 still on interview scheduled since August. by God’s grace we will all celebrate at the end. Wishing y’all the very best...
  3. Based on information that I got from different people. It’s advisable not to stay more that 3weeks outside the US with your AP. 2weeks is great but 3weeks should be your maximum if you don’t want unnecessary explanations at the POE. You should remember that AP is for Emergencies and important travel not for vacation that you will spend months outside the country. Although there’s Law but immigration officials can deny individuals entry back into the US citing that they feel AOS is abandoned.
  4. Just got my Biometric appointment letter today. its just super fast and my priority day is ->06-10-2019 I’m thinking June is a Unique month for filling AOS
  5. Don’t worry, that’s the person who received mine as well and I got NoA via mail last week and priority date is June 10
