I got 2 years GC after 3 years marriage.is it mistake?should i get infopass ?

is it the way it should be or i get infopass?

actually i assumed they've lost the vac. sheet ,i resent it and they denied it easily even after i request for "motion to reopen".anyway i got it now.Good luck everybody.

Its my second time apply,i was denied bcs of incomplete vaccination sheet ! last year after 2 years waiting period.

I FINALLY GOT APPROVAL NOTICE EMAIL FOR PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD TODAY.AND I WISH ALL THE SAME PRETTY SOON.THANKS FOR UR SUPPORT.

apparently GC comes to mailbox one day "hopefully'.

I wanna go to my counrty with AOS still pending in CSC,what will happen if i travel w/o AP,and return with GC?

After awhile i finally recieved email that my case is pending in CSC!79 days after sending the application.

I dont know what this email give us?!

Although CSC transfer used to be a faster way to get GC,It seems interview is a shortcut these days,whats ur idea?

My wife is in the US on a K-3 visa, and I am preparing to file AOS. It looks like we lost the I-130 approval notice that we need to file with the AOS application. Does anyone know if I can request another copy of this document? Thanks.

I came with k1 and my approval notice was sent with my first time AOS application which denied later bcs of wrong vaccination form.anyway bcs i had k1 application number in my passport,my local DHS office said that number is enough,however i applied for duplicate copy(i-824 200$)and sent it along with i-485 with explanation.apparently they accepted and my file is in CSC now.

Well, i got a letter confirming my change of status today....It is good to know they wont be sending mail to the old place...

any March filer with RFE has received interview or transfer to CA yet?

i sent my RFE by a ordinary mail.. is that safe and uscis can get my mail even just ordinary.. anybody here had experience to send in uscis by ordinay mail?

When did they receive your RFE?I ask bcs we have same time line but i haven't received any letter after RFE .

Add me to the list of the despondent!! (please don't tell me that I've only been waiting 2 months and to get a life). It's tough waiting.. 1 day or 1 month or 4 years. Doesn't get any easier.

Does anybody know how we can find if our RFE didnt satisfy the USCIS?Do they resume the case even if RFE is not acceptable?

Send a copy of the I-130 receipt notice, it should suffice. In your case a pending I-130 is just as good as an approved one.

no,pending doesnt mean approval except u file concurrently,so i recommend wait till approval notice in hand.GL
