I am SRC209000* (october 1) and I still have got no updated. I just did the case tracker app and I only see one filer, who filed after me, approved.
Many Sep 27th have soft updates which probably means case transferred to local offices and at least two approved

How can you tell they are december filers? You just know because of other people posting their numbers?
People don't post their complete numbers. You can search up to 500 case numbers at a time on case tracker app. Have with the numbers. It's all out there

Do you see any in SRC2090147xxx series? SRC2090125xxx series? These are Jan2020 cases.
I don't see January but definitely December, November, October, September and so on. January could be next month. who knows!? I've tracking September 2019 around my case and lots of them behind me have been approved. I still can't quite discern the logic behind it

It says nothing apart from we received your case

What if my case never got transferred to any office :(? I just assume I am not going to get approved faster? Ugh why wasnt mine trasnferred..Im a divorce waiver
One thing for sure with uscis is that you can't assume anything. Divorce waiver will not expedite or slow down the adjudication of your case. A few applicants with divorce waiver got their approvals and I think some of them are August and September 2019 filers

How do you know if you had a soft update then?
By logging to your account and checking the most recent case update

what was your soft update? transfer to local office?
Soft updates don't reflect on the status change. I have no idea what it was. Soft update is internal. Most cases I checked had a soft update in the first week of May

SRC1990566158 was approved May 7th.
PD is Sept 23rd same as mine
fingerprints 9 days after mine
Transferred to local office May 1st same as mine
I really have high hopes now. Every day I expect some new update, it was easier when I was expecting that will move forward around October-January.
They are really approving a lot of September cases. I just would like to know is there anything that is similar to these cases, lik if they are based on job, or if marriage if they have kids etc.
first when I saw that was transferred to local office I thought that most of them will be 2nd interview, but looks like thats not the case.
Do you know which local office it was transferred to? My status did not change to say it was transfered anywhere apart from a suft update. Many who submitted on 9/9/2020 got approved but not me. I now believe it depends on the local office. Maybe if all those who got approved can state their local office we can draw a somewhat conclusion of what's going on

Did you check both sites, old and new?
Yes. Old never updated from case received. new one shows latest soft update but hard update is still for fingerprints taken five months ago

Soft update is 90% transfer to local office as like all others that got approved. Includih me. New orleans is my office.
On myaccount.uscis.gov you can see what soft update was
My soft update was last Monday. No mention of my case being transferred anywhere though

Hopefully we all get approval in upcoming weeks.
There's some cases that got approved with same PD as I am. But there are way more with status thats says case is at local office.
I guess all depends now of local offices how fast they are.
But as I see, most cases are from September that were transferred to local offices.
Guessing since they are closed to public, only thing left to do is taking a look at i751 apps.
I just hope that this is not false hope and we all get updates in next 4 weeks while they are closed to public.
I'm in the same boat as you. At least a dozen cases with same PD as mine were approved in the last couple of days. The only change I noticed about my case along with so many others that didn't get approved is the Soft Last Updated but no change in case status.
Question: Were you interviewed for AOS?

This is the one you need to have an account at and add your case number:

How do you check for soft LUDs? We've just been going to the USCIS website then check case status, but should we be logging into his USCIS account? Or something else?
Yes, you do need to be logged into your account. Check the column that says: LAST UPDATED (MM/DD/YYYY)
Also, check email and mobile alert boxes so you can receive updates when there's one

Do you think joint and divorce waivers are in seperate batches? A lot of people in september got a Soft LUD i didnt
Not sure how divorce waivers are handled. LUD stands for Last UpDated. So soft LUD is when there is internal movement on your case but not status change. Status change would a Hard LUD. I noticed my case and lots of cases had a soft LUD on 5/4/20 and other dates but the status did not change. They may have moved them from one shelf to another or maybe from office to another.

I saw on a facebook group a September 6 2019 get approved today. I cant blv it...How is it hopping around from april may september...whats going on haha
Yeah I agree there doesn't seem to be any logic to it except different batches end up at different locations and different officers.

What app do you use to track your case? Anything that is accurate?
It's been 9 month since we filed my ROC and 6 months since biometrics were taken.

I have no idea about WAC. I only searched around my case number. There's probably movement everywhere. I sent my package to Texas. I use Case Tracker app. Good luck and let me know what you find out please!
