Thanks! Yes I'm grateful for that!
Hi, I haven't received my card until today. I'll give and update once I got it!
What is your current case status? “Case was approved”or “Card was mailed to me”? Thank you.

Same thing happened to me, my card was ordered before I was approved! Congratulations!!
Hi, did you receive your card in mail already? If you did, did you case ever changed to “card was mailed to me” or “ postal service pick up your card” before your card was delivered? Thank you.

Our interview on April 7th was cancelled.
My husband (USC) got phone call from field office on June 8th to reschedule to June 15th.
On June 11th, case status online showed that my interview was cancelled. After no luck trying to speak with tier 2 officer, we came to interview anyway and they were expecting us. After interview, my status changed to "new card is being produced" two hours later. And the next day it changed to "case was approved". On Monday June 22, I got the approval notice in mail.
*Nebraska service center, February 2019 filer. Field office Columbus, OH.
Good luck!

It's been 2 weeks now 😕 should i call or submit an inquiry?
It looks like the officer had approved your case, but forget to submit your case for card card production. Order Card production supposed to be the first update. What is your current status? still struck with case was approve?

We first found out about the new date through his online account in the document tab in the citizenship application section. We received a letter in the mail.
Does the appointment letter specify it is a combo interview or N-400? Thank you

I am pretty sure I am one of the last ones waiting for my husband's green card to be approved. We were notified in September that we would need to appear for an interview. So we applied for citizenship in December. Our combo interview was scheduled and then de-scheduled thank to COVID. We are now 2 weeks and 5 days from my husband's interview. We're really praying that it doesn't get canceled again.
Hi, did they mail you the rescheduled appointment or they call you over the phone to tell you the date? Thank you.

I also just put in a service request for my I-751 today. Let’s see what they tell me. My 18 month extension letter expires at the very end of August 2020.
Hi did you put in a service request online or by calling them? Thank you.

Received it yesterday. It seems like the main thing they were suspicious about was the fact that we don't have a joint checking account and that our savings account statements didn't have transactions for utilities. They said that our evidence didn't prove financial comingling (which I disagree with of course). We gotta figure it out somehow.
Hi,do you have kids together? Thanks

I read somewhere online that you ask the tier 1 agent questions they can’t answer ie about service requests or stuff that’s not general account info. That’s what I did and ask to transfer they transferred me and I got through straight away no call back needed. I’m suspicious about how helpful she really was.
Did the tier two answer the transfer call right away, or was there a long wait during transfer? Thank you.

I just called and spoke with a tier two agent and they told me my case is still at LIN and is not moving. Its apparently a computer automated thing they just updated the location of my application with in the complex for tracking purposes. I don't know if I believe that lol We will wait and see. I filled May 23rd 2019
Hi, How did you get them to transfer you to tier two? Do you have to wait the tier two call you back? Thank your.

I was told this recently. I had the world's worst officer for my interview on September 10 2017. I had already been told before this interview that my paperwork had been "mishandled" (short for lost) This woman was rude and accusatory. She said nothing to my husband. After 2 hours going through my paperwork, she told me my vaccinations had expired. ( after we got home I realized that she had not bothered to put back my birth certificate.-I was told when I called that they had no way of "finding it" and I would have to apply for a new one) Not my vaccination papers but my 'shots'. She said I would have to have them again. Said I would be getting more paperwork in the mail. My vaccinations DID NOT expire. I ended up calling the highest office that I could 2 days later. I got an email stating, that day, that I had a new officer for my case. The next day I got an email telling me that my GC was on its way. I wish now that I had waited until October 3rd to complain as that would have been 2 years we were married and I would have received the 10 year! As it is now, my application for 10 year is in LIN and from the spreadsheet, most there for this skip biometrics for the most part and majority skip interview. So, I am waiting the apparent 10 months that this service center is taking.
Hi, what number you called to reach the highest officer. Thank you

In may case, when I went higher to complain about the officer saying my vaccinations ere "outdated", and that I needed to "find a panel surgeon" in my area, and then she "would decide" if she would "give me a green card, after that is done"...a "new officer" was put on my case within hours of my complaint and the next day I got word that my green card was being processed. That is also when I was told that the individual officers had to explain to their superiors why they would be denying someone with "concrete evidence". I think that, like many other positions, there are folks who are 'power trippers' and "get off' and watching people squirm. As I stated many times here, our officer was a vile and poor excuse for a human being right from the moment she called us to her office. No "hello", no "follow me" no questions for my husband and over ONE HOUR, few questions to me and just shuffling through all my papers over and over again.
Hi, may I ask how did you file complaint to a higher level? Thank you

had Green card interview part 2 on friday. Interviewer asked my wife every yes/no question from i-485. they only asked me like 3 questions.
she said she was going to approve my wife's GC, and stamped her passport for our up coming trip to take the place of her ead/ap combo card. Just in case the GC doesnt show up before our trip.
The status check still shows the case must be reviewed. but i guess thats normal.
Corona, you can't stop us now, tonight we're on the loose
Congrats, did you bring the translator to your second interview?

They asked if I have a lawyer or translator to check them in . But I didn't have neither.
I am trying to find out if they provide translator over the phone, or I have to bring my own translator

Around 15 minutes.. actually I put more papers on the desk and he checked them all and kept them in the file.
When you check in, did they ask if you need an interpreter or translator?
Any interviews rescheduled?
