    Hello,

     

    I am from Lebanon and on AP since the interview around 1 year ago, my visa type is IR5 (my son is US citizen), i was told that hiring a lawyer can expedite the process, found out that the lawyer fees is around $5000, too much for me, do you advise i wait or hire a lawyer or anything else?

      A Lawyer can not expedite the process.

      Aha, thank you very much, the lawyer said give me $5000 and i will file a Writ of Mandamus and he said this will expedite the decision...
