The entire process will takes a year or so.
For now, it's just one fee of $535 to file the I-130 and I-130a.
In 6-9 months, the I-130 gets approved and sent to the NVC.
At the NVC, you will pay a $325 fee for the DS-260 immigrant visa processing and a $120 fee for the I-864 Affidavit of Support.
You will also need to pay for a medical exam. Fees varies by countries.
Then you go to an visa interview.
Once your visa is approved, you pay a $220 fee for your green card.
