    Hello VJ members I will want to make a quick enquiry here. My applied for re-entry permit in April 2025 did his biometrics in June 2025 and left the US in July 2025. Till date the re-entry permit has not been received, a follow up with case number shows the case is within normal processing time. My major concern now is can he return to the US and use his I-31 receipt as proof of a re-entry permit?? NB: He is green card holder
