That’s not exactly true. My husband sent all of his AOS package information via UPS and received a text notification within a few days.

The same thing happened to me and my fiancé but for a different date. 

This really sucks! 

I want to know if we can see other times available.

I'm reading the updates here... wondering if I'm calling NVC at the wrong times?! I call early morning around 9:30am-11am. Then, noon - 3pm. Lastly at 8:30pm. The only interaction I have is with the recorded messaging system explaining how high the call volume is. Once or twice I got a busy tone but that's about it. Any advice or suggestions?

I tried calling the NVC around 6:30-7pm EST and I always get a response. Typically, the wait time can be around 40 minutes or less.
