I got your explanation! Thank you so much! I am curious why your case got transfer to VA? I saw some people got transfer to Texas!

I just called but they only said they transferred my case to another jurisdiction instead of telling me exactly where it went. Are there any specific guidance to know exactly where it went to? Thank you in advance!
Wait until you get the second status change notification. Usually about 2days after you got the first one.

I got transferred to another jurisdiction as well as of March 19. I originally filed at VSC. I haven't received any notification letter, I don't know if I am going to Texas. I am not sure if this is a good sign or not neither.
Called the automated phone line after I got the second transfer notice. Got transferred to Arlington VA. VSC filer.

I got a text notification that my case has been moved today.
Was at Vermont so I'm guessing it's gone to Texas now
When did you file ROC?

It won't take so long now. Texas and Nebraska is way faster than Vermont right now.

@Tyekanik did it mention where it was transferred to, and where is your processing centre?
When did you file, when did you get the email or text notification of the tranfer?

From VSC to TSC, not to my local office.
Its definitely not for an interview atleast.

The transfer notice says "we have completed preliminary review of the application or petition listed above"
I wonder if it means something or if it's just a figure of speech.

A lot of February, March, and now April 2018 have had their cases transferred (CSC to NSC; VSC to TSC). The processing trend is actually faster in Texas so far and it seems that Nebraska is catching up.
The dates previous to you that other files have been transferred were February 14, March 6, March 13, March 14.
Mines actually said my ROC was received June 11 and I got the email notification case had been transferred to another office with jurisdiction yesterday. Prior to that there dawn any update even after biometrics until yesterday

I filed ROC on April 5th 2018 and received NOA on 12th April 2018
Received a notification last week that case was transferred to another office.
Got a letter in th email that case was transferred to Texas
Hopefully get an approval in 3months. I am yet to receive my letter in the mail yet. Was kinda troubled when I got the email yesterday and having seen anybody with the Vermont processing centre commenting about getting such notifications.

Hi,
I found this forum and I would like to share mine.
I filed last year in first week of April to the Vermont center.
Case number is EAC1813~~~.
I did fingerprint in June, and my case had been showing no movement until just now.
It says my case is transferred to another office, and I will have to wait for the actual letter to see more details.
I don't know how long It is going to take more, I am planning to go visit my family back home for this summer and I am just tired waiting for the card.
So, they transferred because they need to see my case more in detail? I see some other people's posting saying their cases are moved because of the workload. I hope it is just that workload reason. My husband is in military and I did not expect it would take this long time since my conditional case only took me about 3 months. Well,
Hi, veryblueberry. I just got that same email yesterday filed may and NOA June. Did you ever get your letter in the mail? NB case number is EAC181765****
-
Hi, I'm kinda new here. I got email alerts yesterday " case transferred and new office has jurisdiction" I have a processing center number starting with EAC181765****. I haven't gotten the notice in the mail yet. Has anyone with EAC OR VSC gotten these emails or letters?
