Congratulations to all.. me im still stuck.. my approved petition will be 1 year this month and until now NVC says they dont have my files yet.. dont kniw what to do.. really desperate and depressed

I am sponsored as EB3 category that is why attorneys were assigned to us recruited.. anyway thats it.. If I did follow up my case myself would it affect the way our attornwys working on it? But 1 year is way too long already

My employer's attorney is the one doing the follow up.. But until now no result yet. I was thinking of doing it myself now and search my case through NVC or perhaps call them however I am worried that I am going to bypass the attorney and would just create some conflicts.. any advice or suggestion base on your experiences guys? It would be appreciated.. This is really depressing...

My petition was approved 11 months ago.. And NVC says rheu dont have my record still.. they told me they will coordibate with USCIS and it was almost 6.months from the time they said and still nothing change

My I-140 was approved 11 mo ths ago and my peiority date is current already but NVC have nit contacted me yet or even assigned me a case number

Unfortunately I am in the Philippines and could not seek the help of any local congressmen or senator.. just solely relying on the atrorney of my agency.. 9 months of approved petition and is very current now.. unfortunately for unknown reasons NVC have not received my approved petition yet from the USCIS

NVC says that they have no records of my file yet and most probably USCIS have not forwarded it to them yet.. that they will investigate and cordinate with USCIS regarding thos matter.. and the coordination and investigation has been running for almost 5 months now.

My  1-140 was approved 8months ago with recaptured PD of 2008.. but until now NVC have not received my file yet. Though USCIS sent me notice of action last year with attached form 1-797..  has anyone experienced this? 8 months is way too long.. my attorney has been investigation this for almost months now and still no news yet from uscis
