do they stamped your I-194 with work authorization when you were there?thanks.. im really having a problem with this seems like i missed to go the person who will stamped my I-194 or is it different for K1 visa.. by the way i am in a K3 visa.. i need your help with this.. coz i cant get my ssn if i dont have the stamped on it that's what the ss officer ask me when i went to their office...

hi is getting SSN with K3 visa here in US is different from K1 visa. .. because i am in the us now and i am having hard time getting my ssn because the officer iin the sss office ask me for my work authorization which is stamped in my passport but sad to say my passport at poe in los angeles didn't stamped my passport with that.. is there any way i can do for this. thanks..

thanks guys for the info but i'm really confused bec we hired a lawyer and he said i can immediately work because of my type of visa which is K3... if i'm on K1 then i cant work for about 6months...and as what i remembered the immigration officer in los angeles personally said that i am lucky coz i am on a k3 visa wherein i can work unlike other people who will be going to the us..thanks

hi everyone, i just want to ask on what to do if your passport or your I-194 was not stamped with work authorization by the POE in Los Angeles.. I was not aware that their shoul be a stampe till i went to the SSS office an they aske for it.. any help or idea from you all.. i need because i cant work without sss number.. thanks

where are you in florida? i am also in florida an hour drive from daytona beach ... if you want to get a florida state id you just need your passport... i am just waiting for my id coz they will just mail it to me .. the timeline is 1month.. if i remembered it correctly the payment is $5. bydways where are you in phil?
