Thank you for the informations .
But what I'm worry about they mention last update was 3 Nov but nothing changed and the case ready still in the title as before my interview .
Is it a good sign that means the officer is working on our case ?

I had my interview 10/20/2020 in the end the officer gave me a rose slip and montion "Admin review" she said if we need anything else we have your phone number and your email .
After 13 days I found an update in my case but nothing change , and still ready as it was before my interview .
Can someone please tell me what's this update is , why they are not saying something in it ?
Thank you alot

. All documents that you have submitted to NVC center should be on your interview date .
Spicaly the civil documents should be all original and translate with a copies .
The affidavit of support and taxes...
All proof of your marriage, relationship, pictures, gifts ....
I forgot to tell you also you will need medical certificate

Let's not confuse people further by using the wrong terminology. There are no "co-sponsors" in immigrant visa cases. The sister will be a "Joint Sponsor". If the sister is married, her spouse will be the joint sponsor's household member and provide an I-864a.
Thank you alot , that's why always there is a good poeple to explain for us .
well,Her sister doesn't live with her in same house , her and her spouse both are working.
So now you meant that my wife's sister spouse who should file the I-864a ?

Your wife will always be the main sponsor, no going around that. Everything that I-864 requires needs to be submitted even if she doesn’t make enough.
Her sister can be the co-sponsor - same process with I-864.
So in this case , my wife needs to file I864 with the documents required .
Then we add joint sponsor that is her sister with a form I-864a .
Then we submit them in NVC ???

Hello everyone!
Right now our case in NVC , we should upload all documents that NVC ask for .
My question is what should we do when we know that my wife's incomes isn't enough ?
We need a co-sponsor or join sponsor what what exactly we have to do .
We already have her sister but right this moment we really don't know what exactly should file and follow .
Do we need to file both forms I-864 and I-864ez , then all the request documents ... ????
Or we should only file her sister form I-864 with her sister request documents and my wife taxes ?
Please we are still looking no help .
Cheers !

Recently divorced: Do you have to wait to marry in Morocco?
in Middle East and North Africa

When a Muslim female got divorce then she's planning to marry , she should wait 3 months that's what the religion said .
So the country as you know it's Islamic so they are going to check exactly how long have you been divorce.
You can go thru all papers but you wouldn't signed your marriage until3 months done.
Reason : ( you may had a last night with your x spouse so you may be pregnant from him , that's why this rule came to clear and clean all doubts )
