Well for 2019 her income will meet the requirements. For 2018 she was under because she started at her job in March.

My fiancee had his interview already & it went very well all they are asking for is a joint sponsor because my income was under. I was hurt at my job and won a lawsuit but they dont consider that as a yearly income. 

Hi the situation is that my co sponsor required income is $37,712 for the I-134 because she has 3 kids & her self plus she had to add my fiancee to her household. Her income for 2018 was about $37,200 because she started her job in March not January and that affected her income for 2018. Will it be ok to use her as a joint sponsor. Not sure what to do cause she is the only person I have as a joint sponsor 

Is there a new fee to get k1 Visa after u are approved? 

I'm not sure how to answer question 38 on the affidavit of support.

My k1 Visa application is now at the NVC. What should I do now? 

My approval notice is valid from 5/20/2019 to 09/19/2019. What does that mean? Will he have a interview by then?

What do I do next after I receive the k1 Visa application approval. I sent it on March 1 2019 & I received the approval letter on May 25 2019. I'm totally surprised I received approval so fast. 

I received the receipt with the receipt number. Finally I can breath again. I was so nervous. Now the waiting begins.

Ok I tracked the money order and it was cashed on March 11. I mailed the application on March 1 but I still haven't heard anything yet.
