She didn't make the cut for 2018 and has 3 kids which is a big liability because immigration is looking at her family and what she can provide for them.
    remember these are the poverty guidelines so not meeting the guidelines means you are poor.

    Also how below the guidelines are you. Or do you not have an income? That plays into it also.

    All you can do is submit the paperwork at interview and hope for the best.

    Well for 2019 her income will meet the requirements. For 2018 she was under because she started at her job in March. 

  2. Hi the situation is that my co sponsor required income is $37,712 for the I-134 because she has 3 kids & her self plus she had to add my fiancee to her household. Her income for 2018 was about $37,200 because she started her job in March not January and that affected her income for 2018. Will it be ok to use her as a joint sponsor. Not sure what to do cause she is the only person I have as a joint sponsor
