  7. Hi everybody, My son is an American citizen but left when he was six years old. He now resides in Pakistan. He is planning to visit America and will sponsor me and his mother for green card. He will attach all domicile papers and affidavit of support which will be provided by my friend. After application for the parents he will leave in two months while parents will stay in America until the case is decided. My question is it’s ok if he leaves after filing the green card case? He is in the University at present but will come back in future and make America his home. Thank you for your kindness, time and efforts. Best Regards:
