i'm just another K1 - Feb Filer........

tired of waiting and i've been reading everything - questions and all that they might ask and its like i know what there is to know about my fiance - but i know i'm going to go mute when the time comes.......

any other feb filers?

yeah i would call them asap !! ... i wouldnt wait not one micro second....

i want us all to get our visas like tomorrow!!!... so we can all be happier and just live the rest of our lives with our loved ones....

81 days.... = 2 and a half months give or take... maybe more... yeah i'm thinking 3-4 months for the NOA2 to come in..... then a month wait for the embassy to get its gear together... and send me something.. then a month for that.... and so on and so forth....

i'm hoping 7 or 8 months all up..... am i being too positive?.... :-)

average days between NOA1 and NOA2 = 51 days....

ok we got our NOA1 on the 21st feb.... and now its the 18th April (australia time).... 60 days?... ok am i running behind? did i miscalculate?............

2 months... still waiting for something :-(

ok i've been told that if you file at the californian centre - they take up to 3-4 months..... why do they take so long?

its doing my head in.....

i live in sydney australia and just want it all over and done with already... and be with the man i love and just live our lives....... simple yeah?

they recieved our application on the 21st feb and havent done anything with our file (i check every day on the UNCIS website case status thing)... ok so i'm impatient... lol.... since the 23rd Feb they havent touched it..... thats 5 weeks..... minus 3-4 months leaves..... 2.5months...

ok so is this still the case? 3-4 months wait?....

i changed my surname for family reasons 3 years ago - when i made the application with my fiance - i also included my birth ceritifcate so that they saw that i changed my surname and that it was in the australian registry....

great thanks for the heads up on the wait period.... i'm keeping it tracked in my diary...

my fiance recieved a letter and receipt of his application of the K1 visa... i registerd at UNCIS to be able to check the status and it says it was recieved on the 21st feb... and the last "touch" was on the 23rd feb..

now its the 8th march (my time zone) is this normal to have had no "touches" since then and now?
