Here is my status  "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" not even ready for interview

Hi, 

USCIS is been reviewing my I-485 form since Nov 2019 for AOS, It's been so long for just reviewing the form, and i don't know how long more it will be?, i don't have social security or driver license.  

Should I apply for work permit?  or what should i do to expedite the processing time. it's gonna be over a year.

Please if you have any ideas or tips for my case i will be  really appreciated.

my Fiance got letter from EU embassy in Egypt, with all they documents they asked to send it to the embassy Prior the interview, 

they asked for a bilingual birth certificated. does anyone know where i can get a bilingual birth certificate from Egypt

Please send me instruction of how to get it. i've the separate English certificate and one Arabic certificate.
