Hello everyone I am filling I-130 petition for my parents. Under the requested documents, they need birth certificate. My parents do not have birth certificate. I was finding on web and read that they need to get NO FOUND CERTIFICATE along with TWO AFFIDAVIT OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE BY INDIVIDUAL/ RELATIVE. If someone have sample of AFFIDAVIT OF VIRTH CERTIFICATE, please provide me so that I can make it for my parents. Hope for prompt reply.
