Thank you for your response! So it will be ok to send two i-864s? one from me and one from joint sponsor (since they asked to find one) I am just worried they might not like me sending them information they didn't ask for.

Hello everybody. I am trying to adjust my mother's status. Filed i 131 and i 485. My family didn't have enough income to show, so we tried to use our assets instead. That didn't work and I got an RFE that asks to find a joint sponsor and for that joint sponsor to fill out a separate i 864 and submit that. So my question is : should I as a primary sponsor fill out a new i 864 as well? The thing is, this year we made enough money for our household size. So i am assuming if I use the most recent 2022 taxes for i 864 and submit that along with the joint sponsor's i 864, it might help the case? Or should i not do that since they didn't ask for me to fill out a new one? Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Hello, everybody ! My mother is in the US on a b2 visa, and I just started filling out a I 130 for her. Planning to send in together with I 485. There is a question , I believe #27 and 28. Country and place of residence. Can somebody please advise, should I put the city where she is staying with me in US, or should I put in the place and country where she came from ? Since she is on a b2 visa, it means she is just visiting , and her place of residence is in her home country, right ? Thank you in advance !
