I am in the same boat sent to texas they sent to california on January 25th that received Noa1 on January 30th since then nothing arghhhhhhhhhhhh

My fiance is from the Philippines I live in Florida sent my packet to the Texas office they revceived on January 19th they in turn sent to the California Service Center they received January 25th received my NOA1 stating they cashed my check and that is the last word I have heard from them no touches no nothing looked on the immigration site stated thier processing application September 13 2006 does that mean i have to wait another 4 months before my K-1 applications is even looked at ?? please help if you can 7 months just so the application will even be looked at seems like a long time for a K-1 visa thatnk you in advance for your assistance
