Everyone just needs to relax.. All this talk about getting touched not getting touch. This is what happen to me sent K-1 on got my NOA1 ins few weeks then nothing for about 4 months then got my NOA2 never had one touch and people complaining the VSC is slow I tell these people try using the CSC. Relax everyone if you did your paper work right it will be approved I didn't use any lawyer just read the instruction and when i need and answer it was right here.

Do you mean "additional processing" like your case got held up. Do you mean "advance parole" the travel document? Not sure where a letter comes into either. Can you give just a little more information?

We applied for my wives AOS. Just received her EAD I want to apply for her advanced parole so we can go to the Philippines. is it true the cost of the AP is included with the AOS or do I need to pay for the AP separately ?

we live in Florida and it has been hell trying to get her SSN # been told multiple stories at the SSN Office. The question is she just now received her EAD card wait for green card to be processed argh it is at the "we take forever" CSC ican she finally get a SSN number or do we have to wait till green card is in hand.

I agree proceed with caution how well do you really know her ?

Yes I went with my wife traveled 3 hours to the biometrics appointment when her name was called i was not even allowed in the room 15 minutes she came all done she said it was simple

VSC your lucky you didnt have to through the CSC just relax it will happen

yes she will get a packet cause will have to go to St Lukes for her medical she will get the appointment then she will get appointment for the interview if all her paperwork is in order it will be ok

also pictures of the 2 of you together letters copies of e-mails she will get a packet from the us embassy with a list of things she will need Good Luck my asawa is from the philippines too

Be patient i never got any word or touches the got my noa 2 then it was approved from the time i submitted my k-1 visa till the time she got here took about 9 months

I hate having to go against the rules also, but my husband is hell bent on keeping this job even though he is a bit fearful. Maybe not the best decision and some irresponsibility on his part, but he knows the consequences and is willing to chance it, I guess.

Its just horrible that they couldnt expedite, and stopping work now, whats the assurance he ll get it back whenever uscis sends out the EAD? and would there be no consequences if he continues to work?

Its a situation that isnt pleasant both ways..

I hope you find a way through and if he does continue working... here's to hoping it goes smoothly and that the EAD comes before the end of the month.

ok my fiance now wife came here on a k-1 visa in december triied to get social securty card for her they told us we were one day late her I-94 ok now what do we need to filed or do to get her the social security card what are the next steps after we have gotten married thaks in advanced for your answers

ok here is the fast version of the story just found out after my my fiance or so called fiance had sex with another man about one week before she came here now she is worried that she is pregnant imagine that how do i cancel her k-1 visa is it as simple as putting her ### back on a plane to the philippines or is their something else i need to do

I'm getting paranoid. My fiance sent me a package containing the original and photocopies of documents that I will be needing for the interview. The package hasn't arrived yet. He sent it thru USPS and he asked to have it traced but he was told the reply would be in 23 days. #######?! My interview is on 09-10 and Im getting jittery not having the papers with me yet! I also want to review the documents...I'm gonna cry!

I did the same thing I sent it priority mail she had documents in ten days if he sent by regular mail and you live in a province could take a month or more i hope and pray you receive before your interview

Iva and daughter-Dasha (17 y.o.) traveled to Moscow on 19 August. Medical appointment for 20 August. First visit for Dasha to Moscow - visited Moscow Zoo, art gallery & Red Area (Square). Interview appointment early 22 August. This went very well with the gentleman consulate, less stern than female by impression from ladies. Typical questions without major issues. Our reunion is soon, not soon enough but I will collect my lovely lady with daughter at JFK, fingers crossed, 25 September for casual return to Maryland by way of Philadelphia overnight and several days at the shore. (O.C., Md.)
