They have to wait much much longer in the NVC process for their PD. As a USC, Our visas as they receive, we don’t have to wait. So if a permanent resident gets approved 1 month before you vía USCIS, you will be at the embassy doing an interview and they will most likely still be stuck at NVC

    Yeah I saw that too... I hope this is not for real..

    Also I am wondering: does it really go faster filing as a permanent resident?? I thought it goes faster if the petitioner is a citizen... I am so confused lol
