Yes it did. I came May 2016 and it expired in early September 2016

I came summer 2016 this year will be 3 years 

My j1 visa expired 2016 and my husband and baby were born in the states. As it relates to funding, I used my own money and husband money to come on the  j1 program and the government only paid my tuition fee when I was going to college 

Hi everyone! I am currently living in the states with my baby and husband. I came here 2 years ago as a j1 student and I never returned home ( Jamaica). I am subjected to the 2 year home residency rule and I am needing assistance to tell me some of the reasons why the government in my home country will not grant me the waiver. I took student loan back home and I am almost finish paying it and I am not sure if that will be a reason for the government to not grant me the waiver.
