US citizen spouse can attend, its upto VO to allow during interview. Attended interview with wife last September, no problem. Unless the policy was updated since.

Yep, Interview set for 30th of September. IL received 22nd August.

You should be getting something this week hopefully. Looking at the CC to interview spreadsheet, IL are usually sent around a month after CC.
