    Hi Everyone, Long story short, me and gf is reapplying again for I-129f, she was approved and we did cancelled her visa due to personal reason. my question is regarding Question 43 in 129F. 43. Have you ever filed Form I-129F for any other beneficiary? - should i answer NO? since i am reapplying for same beneficiary. ty for help

    Hello Everyone! We are preparing our I-129f, my question is regarding the Birth Certificate, The checklist say "Birth certificate/US Passport (Petitioner)" 1. Do I need to file original copy? (i am the petitioner) 2. how about my fiancée birth certificate? we don't need to file? thanks everyone!
