well my I-130 sent in feb for my daughter and I was sent on feb10th NOA1 feb 17 2007

was only touched on the feb 19th 2007 mine and daughter on the feb 23 2007

I have a I-130 and I-129f pending and my son and I just arrived last night in Texas from Canada. In Ottawa, you actually clear US Customs & Immigration at Ottawa Airport.

The officer asked us where we were going (Dallas) who we were visiting (my husband)... and he said "have a great visit" and that was it!

I did have (just in case) .. a letter from employer wih an expected return date, my most current mortgage statement, a copy of the 2 NOA1s ...

H i everyone. Next month my daughter and I are goingt to visit my husband in Albany NY, I miss him so much and so does my daughter. Im leaving on may 23 2007 and coming back on the 28th i hope they let us in. Im leaving from edmonton , alberta and I can fly to toronto to albany or to an american city and then to albany. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go and if anyone can share there experiences with me on visiting there husband of wife while they have a I-130 and I-129f pending, I would love to here them.

So my hubby(as of this afternoon ) and I will be sending in our I-130 and shortly after(when we get the NOA1) the i-129F.. and we have pretty much all our evidence ready

- copy of marriage certificate

- 2-3 pictures from the civil marriage

- phone records that show we talk every day (from July to March)

- Money transfers through paypal

- We're thinking of opening a bank account together and putting a statement in there to show that it's a join account

- 1 picture from all prior visits

- Itineraries and boarding passes from prior visits

- 2 letters from people in our entourage testifying that we are in fact married(one of which will have been present at the ceremony)

Is it too much ? I've read somewhere that if you put too much they get suspicious I would have thought the more information the better, yet I don't wanna flood them with too much either :/ Such a dilemma

How do you know you've been touched? is it a date or a note.

when you look at your visa on the uscis.gov it will say a date and that means that it was touched.

The best time to submit I-130s for your daughters was when the I-130 for you was submitted. Having missed that, the next best time is tomorrow, since the post office is already closed today (where I am, anyway).

My husband submitted the I-130 package for me alone last Feb '07 and already got the NOA1 for this. He was not able to submit I-130 for our daughter (since we do not know it that she has to have her separate I-130 petition). He already sent I-129F and just waiting for the NOA1 in the mail. Though we are planning for the K-3 process, we are open to the idea that we may push for CR-1 if the time difference is not that big. I tried to call USCIS hotline, but to no avail. The customer rep's answer to my query is kinda blurry. My question is....

when is the best time to send our daughter's I-130 petition?

should we wait for NOA1(I-129F) to arrive in the mail?

should we wait for NOA2(I-130)?if i will do so, will it affect my I-130's approval timeline?

should we send her (daughter) I-130 when we are already in the US? this means that we will go for K-3 all the way?

The most important consideration here is that I WANT TO TRAVEL TO THE USA WITH MY DAUGHTER AT THE SAME TIME.

well my husband sent our daughter I-130 the same time he sent mine. since they are two different cases we got the NOA-1 at the same time. so send her I-130 asap so it wont be a delay. good luck!

Are there any other K-3 February filers? I sent out the I-130 for my husband on 02/05/07, USCIS received it on 02/08/07 and I'm still waiting for the first NOA. I am not the patient kind so I hope that by reading your timelines I can feel better about all this waiting.

Hi i was just wondering if my husband, who is a (usc) has to send in a I-129f for my daughter who is his step daughter. he has filled out and I-129f for me, my ? is does he have to send one for her or is her k/4 apart of my k/3? can some one help me because i dont want him to send it, if he has to fill one out for her.
