Hi! I have not reported my marriage yet to the Philippine Consulate. Can I travel back to the Philippines using my passport with my maiden name? But my green card has my current name. 

Hi! Soooo last May 2019 we received a letter from the USCIS stating that we are ready to be interviewed and they will just let us know when. It’s September now and we haven’t received any letter yet. Is there any way to expedite or to follow up with the process?

Hi! Last March I received an email from the USCIS that said “Notice Was Returned to USCIS because post office could not deliver it.” It is under my EAD application. I dont why but we’ve been receiving all of USCIS mail in our address. 

Then Last May they emailed me saying that my case is ready for schedule to interview. I’m confused about what’s happening with my EAD application. 

I am married to an American Citizen and we filed for AOS last January only. And I have not received my EAD yet. 

Hello. Should I submit G325a together with i-485? 

Last month we had a change of address and i immediately update my address with the USCIS. Then days later, i received an RFIE for i-485 in our new address. 

March 15, i did my biometrics in Oakland USCIS. 

Then last March 28, i received an email from the USCIS stating that a notice was mailed back to them because post office could not deliver it. I went tthe link in my email and asked for them to give me an email or mail it back again in the new address. Btw, this has the receipt number for my request of EAD. Not the AOS. 

Then, they emailed me stating that i should wait a reply until April 19.

then this morning, i received another email. It says that a mail is coming but this is tegarding my AOS. I havent submitted the RFIE yet because we are still waiting for the tax transcrits. I still have Until May 30 to submit RFIE. 

What is going on here? 

Can he still get his latest transcript? We just filed his taxes with h&r block and we did it as married filing jointly. But i still have to wait for my itin. Can he get his latest transcript without my itin yet?

This morning I received this kind of email from the USCIS. I had my biometrics taken 2 weeks ago. And already made change of address a month ago. I also received mails from USCIS in my new address. I just cant understand why they are saying this because I already made COA a month ago.

So, my husbdand is trying to obtain his tax transcript online on irs.gov but it wont let him. Recently, we just filed his tax return with h&r block as married filing jointy. Whenever he’s trying to register in irs.gov and put married filing jointly, it wont let him. But when he tried putting single, it goes in.

We just obtained the 1040 recently. But the address in the form was our old home (in law’s house) 

does this affect our USCIS application? I already filed change of address. And they already started mailing in our new address. 

Yes. We did check that. But he qualified to the poverty guidelines. We just submitted the w2s with the i-864 and the AOS. Thats it. 

Recently, my husband and i received an RFIE stating that he dis not hit the %125 of federal poverty line. But it’s not that. We just submitted his W2s and thats it. So they are asking for initial evidences. 

So we are getting other documents ready for the RFIE. I believe my husband doesnt need forms 2555 and 1099. He is not an independent contractor. 

Are these the only documents we need to submit? 

My husband cant get his tax return because h&r block wanted him to file it as single. They wont allow putting NRA kn my SSN/ITIN which j currentlh dont have yet. What should we do?

Who qualifies as joint sponsor for RFE?

I already filed EAD together with the AOS. Im scheduled for biometrics on Friday. But  i just received the RFE couple days ago. Would it delay my EAD? 

Another question: my husband is trying to file taxes as married. But they are asking for my ITIN and SSN which i dont have at the moment. What could be do about this? Would this affect our RFE? 

Should i include a cover letter in submitting the rfie?

We just submitted W2. Not the 1040 and 1099s.(what are those?) 

he is currently employed. So we also need to submit his pay stubs and employment letter? 

My husband’s income is around $46k per year. And we submitted his W2 together with the i864. Should we call USCIS? 

When you say joint sponsor, is that ankther person besides my husband? Also, should I enclose a letter together with the requirements when in submit the evidence?
