I got married in those 90 days, and had already applied for a green card, we separated while the application for the green card was processing so I went back home. I just was curious if the border will let me back in the visit once me and my ex are divorced 

So me and my wife separated a year ago and we will be getting a divorce in the next coming month. I left the US and went back to my home country when I had my K1 visa after getting married even though I didn’t have a travel visa. Will they let me across the border again even though I left in a way that is frowned upon or do I need to wait a certain amount of years? Please help!! 

Really upset as my lawyer just called and told me I need a birth certificate that shows my mother and fathers name on it. I am from Canada and I’ve never had a birth certificate with my mothers and fathers name on it, i got approved for my K1 visa without my mother’s and fathers name on my birth certificate. Has anyone got approved for the green card without their mother’s and fathers name on their birth certificate?

What are good health insurance companies to use that aren’t that expensive ?

Was wondering how soon you can go to school/apply for school once entering the US on a K1 visa. I know you have to have an SSN number to be able to go to school, how long does that usually take and what’s the process ? 

I figured it all out! I had my meeting in March! No it didn’t say those things I just was having trouble figuring out how to access the right thing.

Please help! I’ve just realized the papers say that you need a police certificate from any other country you were in for 6 months, I was in the US for 10 months, I am from Canada and have a Canadian police certificate but that’s it, will I get denied?! My meeting is Wednesday. 😔

Hi! My mom is being a co sponsor for us but my mother and father have a joint bank account and file their taxes together. Will that be okay or will my dad need to fill out an I-134 too? 

Was just wondering how people organized their documents for the interview and what type of binder they used ? 

Kind of a dumb question, but can anyone explain to me the difference between and I-134 and a I-864? Also, do you just bring both forms into the interview with you or? We will also be using her mom as a sponsor because she doesn't make enough. Hoping someone can help, thank you! 

Has anyone else gotten an email saying they’re allowed to book their visa appointment now but when you try to on the website it says that it’s not time yet. I’m super confused! Should I just wait a few days and it should work or ? 

Hi! I just went and checked on my status and it said "No Status", can anyone explain to me what this means? We have received our packet 3 and I just sent them the email they asked for with my passport, DS-160 barcode receipt, and checklist. 

It’s been 3 days now, I sent an email to myself with my DS-160 confirmation so that I could send it to the embassy’s as required and I still haven’t received the email. Is anyone else having this problem? 

Hi! My fiancé was wondering! She’s going to be doing the I-134 affidavit of support, she’s wondering, does she have to get her employment letter of proof a certain amount of days before the interview, or can she get it whenever? For example, certain things they want no more than 30 days before the interview.  Her mom will also be filling out an I-134 because she doesn’t make enough. Thank you

Hi! We filed in April 2018 we have just now received our packet 3 and are sending in the required information to be able to get our packet 4, I was curious for Canadian police certificates how does that process work? I’ve been told multiple things about how to get a police certificate
