My mom has a pending i-485 but her EAD has been approved. 
However, my mom has work outside the USA. Its mostly online but I would like to know if thats okay. 
that she has a job that is not in the US. 
its on the business side. I’m wondering if she could get in trouble because of this.

i filed i-485 for both parents. They received their EAD already but i-485 is still

pending. 
we are currently residing in California however, my parents need to go to Nevada for a while because of an ill relative. 
 

Can they live and work in Nevada for the meantime since they are legally able to work already? Or do they need to live with me until i-485 is approved?

As per EAD, i think i dont fit in ang category to apply. I have B2 visa (tourist visa) . I am not eligible for c(9) T noniigrant visa because im not a victim of trafficking. 

Regarding the AP, what should I put on “intended travel date” ?

Thank you for answering. I already iverstayed my tourist visa. I was supposed to leave USA last June 2018. But I got married here last March 2018 so I didnt leave the USA and just processes my papers instead. 

Hello! We just got our I-130 approval and now applying for I-485. I got here inside the USA in a tourist visa and got married to a US Citizen. Is it possible for me to get an EAD? What should be the process of that?

Hi! My husband and I just got the approval letter of the form I-130. We’ll be mailing I-485 today to the USCIS Chicago Center. The things is im in tourist visa and we got married March of last year. We don’t have any joint accounts because the bank is asking for my SSN which I dont have at the moment. 

How long will my AOS take? Thank you.
