Our Story
My husband and I were married for just under 2 years when he was deported in Dec 2005, We were approved for our I-130 at this same time. And then had to go over to Albania to file for our 1-601 and I-212 wavier. At which time we were denied once and then approved (Feb 23,07) after filing for the second time. My husband came home on March 13, 07. and now we are expecting our first child.
