I was looking at timeline for Manilia, Philippines. It says that once they receive the packet from us that its 5-6 months to get interview, is that right? I hope its not that long.

I am mailing my packet today and wondered how should I keep the papers together, should I staple all together or leave loose?

I have the example for the fiance letter and have a few questions, where it asks name of country where embassy is located do i put Philippines or usa, and should mine and jens read the same there? also embassy address, manila?usci service center address? I have jens and she put nothing there. Should of she? if its not theer will it matter. I want all the paper work to be perfect. Also can the pics of us together be on regular paper or need to be photo paper?

I have been trying all day to get onto the ucis web site to get the vermont mailing address and the web site is down, anyone have the correct mailing address. Thanks

My girl is filling out her g325 and her parents were killed when she was a baby and she was raised by her aunt. She has her parents names but neither dob or where they were born, will this cause delay in approval?

My girl received her birth cert and its not on nso security paper, how does she get it on the nso paper? If she gets that done and has 4 copies of that will she still need her baptizmal cert? She is in Taclobin now but going back to bulacan wensday. Thanks again for all the help.

How many copies of my girls Birth Cert do I need to have? She has filed for hers and she needs to know how many to get. After she gets it I think it needs to be certified or something in manila? Can someone answer that. I also need same amount for her son correct? Thanks

We are 12 yours apart. NY and PI. We talk 2 times a day. Im not looking forward to the phone bill.

I live in Rochester and My girl lives in the philippines. I am working on paper work as we speak. I am so excited and cant wait till she is here.

I was just wondering if there are any members from Rochester,NY area or Western NY?

My girl is going to her birth provence on monday so its not that far away. She then has to have it (NOS) certified I think. I get a little confused over that. I have done all my papers and have snailed mailed her the g325's. I told her to wait to fill out till she has her b/c in her hand so spelling is correct on all names. Once she mails back the papers I am going to mail them to vermont. I am going for a visit in may so then we are going to go get her and her sons passports at clark. Sound good so far. The waiting is the WORST part of this proccess. I want her here now. We talk 2 times a day on phone but not the same. All advise is helpfull. Thanks

Ok, The father is not listed on the birth cert. As far as adoption, is that done in philippines or in states?

OK, we will get his passport also. How does it work as her son. Will I have to adopt him or will be be my son after we marry? His father took off and has never been seen after she became pregnant. Hope that doesnt delay him coming with her.
